Qualifications and requirements
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience to the SMB market
- BA/BS degree required
- Knowledge of emerging technologies a plus
- Sales and Marketing experience to communications intensive SMBs a plus
- Emphasis on service quality as key selling point
- Direct and evaluate account managers
- Initiate account manager training programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive
- Service oriented to cater to clients after sale
- Team player
- Ability to work under pressure
